Moritz will continue to toast with the Volta for three more years

The prestigious brewery and the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya have renewed the sponsorship agreement that will link them for the next three years. The first beer of Barcelona, since 1856, will maintain and expand its commitment as the main sponsor, also supporting the women's race that will take place from 7 to 9 June 2024.
Moritz has extended its sponsorship agreement with the organization of the Catalan race from 2020. Thus, in the next edition of the men's race, which will take place from March 18 and 24, the images will be repeated on the podium, where the winners of each stage will toast with Moritz beers. The main novelty of this 2024 will be the entry of Moritz, as the main sponsor of the women's race.
Likewise, one of the strong points of the agreement will be the delivery of the best Catalan jersey with the image of Moritz, which will be given to the best classified Catalan rider in the general classification. A reward that will be given at the end of the last stage in Barcelona.
The women's race is in luck because in its first edition as a UCI stage race of the International Professional Calendar it will also be sponsored by Moritz. An agreement that will be visible in the toasts of the riders on the podium and in the delivery of the jersey of the best Catalan rider in the general classification.
In recent years we have become accustomed to seeing great cycling stars such as Primož Roglic or Remco Evenepoel toasting with Moritz on the podiums at the end of the stage. For his part, Marc Soler already wore in the last edition, the Moritz jersey that credited him as the best Catalan cyclist in the general classification.

Moritz has been by the side of la Volta Ciclista a Catalunya since 2020. Coinciding with the centenary of the Catalan race, Moritz bet on the oldest professional cycling race in Catalonia, with whom he began a journey that will continue over time. The Catalan company has always supported the world of cycling, a link that is further reaffirmed with the extension of the agreement for the coming years.
