Viladecans The Style Outlets will dress the best climber of the Volta

The center will sponsor the mountain classification jersey of the 2nd edition of the women's race of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya
Viladecans The Style Outlets maintains its firm commitment to the Volta and cycling by extending its collaboration with the women's race of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya. In this way, the competition, which in its first edition reached sporting and quality levels endorsed by the UCI, introduces a new sponsor who will provide the jersey for the mountain classification.
The outlet center, which in the 104th edition of the men's race already reinforced its commitment to the Volta a Catalunya by hosting a stage start from its facilities, and sponsored the team classification prize, goes one step further by sponsoring the women's race mountain jersey.
In its first edition in the UCI 2.1 category as a stage race, the women's competition of the Volta achieved great media interest thanks to its organization and a luxury participation that included some of the best teams in the world, and which saw a world reference in women's cycling, Marianne Vos, become the winner of its first edition.
On this occasion, one of the main favorites will be the rider of the UCI Women's WorldTeams FDJ-SUEZ team, Demi Vollering (winner of major tours such as the Tour de France Femmes and the Vuelta España Femenina), who has confirmed her participation in the Catalan round. It was in 2024 that Belgian Justine Ghekiere (AG Insurance-Soudal Team), who would later become the winner of this classification in both the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia, wore this leader of the mountain’s jersey in Barcelona, in the 1st edition of the race.
Viladecans The Style Outlets opened its doors in October 2016, becoming the first outlet center in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. Since then, the center has continued to grow, adding shops of renowned brands and attracting more and more visitors, many of them international, thanks to its strategic location, just a few minutes from the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona - El Prat airport.

The second edition of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya to be held from 6 to 8 June has aroused the interest of the best teams in the world. On this occasion, 4 UCI Women's WorldTeams, 2 UCI Women's ProTeams, 7 UCI Women's Continental Teams and 5 national teams will participate.
