THE UCI CONFIRMS THE DATES FOR THE 2027 VOLTA

The men's race will be held from March 22 to 28, while the women's race will take place from June 18 to 20, 2027.

The International Cycling Union (UCI) has announced the dates for the women's race of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya, which will take place on June 18, 19, and 20, 2027.

Classified as a UCI 2.1 event, the race will hold its fourth edition, having established itself on the international calendar. With prestigious winners such as Visma Lease a Bike rider Marianne Vos (2024), and the 2026 world champion, With Demi Vollering (2025) and Catalan rider Paula Blasi (2026) confirmed, the organizers are already preparing the race route, which will feature three demanding and competitive stages designed to suit different types of riders.

It is a truly stellar lineup, with sights already set on 2027 to bring the very best of world-class women's cycling to our roads. Tadej Pogacar, Jonas Vingegaard or Primoz Roglic, they are the latest winners of the race that has allowed us to see the world's best teams and cyclists up close on our home turf.
