Feníe Energía will ride with the best youth of la “Volta”

The Volta Ciclista a Catalunya will have in the 2019 edition Feníe Energia as sponsor of the best youth ranking, who will stand out wearing the white and orange striped jersey. Feníe Energía continues giving support that 2019 to the “Volta”, which will celebrate his 99 edition from 25th to 31st march.

Feníe Energía entered as sponsor of the “Volta” at the 2018’s edition, when it was sponsor of the intermediate sprints. With that change, the energies’ marketer goes further and will give support to all the young cyclists who will ride in the race.

This year the white and orange striped jersey will wear the best youth in the Catalan round, that includes all the cyclists below 25 years old. In past editions have won this prize cyclists as the French Pierre Latour (2018), the Catalan Marc Soler (2017), the British Hugh Carthy (2016) or the Dutch Wilco Kelderman (2015).

Feníe Energía is an electric, gas and service marketer of energy saving who looks for the saving of her customers through the efficiency that reaches thanks to the personal advice.  This sponsorship is a way to make itself known in Catalonia at the most long-standing race after the Tour the France and the Giro d’Italia and that this year reaches her 99th edition.

Also, the energy marketer, with only 9 years of life,  becomes linked with the most traditional values of cycling, as  team work, improvement and the sacrifice, but also with youth and sustainable development.

In addition to the best youth, the “Volta” maintains the other three official rankings: general leader, mountain leader and regularity. It also maintains a non-official ranking with an own jersey that is given at the last stage, the ranking to the best Catalan cyclist, that the last two years has been won by the VIlanova i la Geltrú cyclist from the Movistar Team Marc Soler.
