La 3rd edition of the reVolta will be presented on May 10th

Next Tuesday 10 May will be the date for the presentation of the 3rd edition of the reVolta, the women's race of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya to be held on Sunday 29 May and which will have its presentation ceremony in the Cloister of the Monastery of Sant Cugat del Vallès. Once again, Sant Cugat will host the race, repeating the success of the second edition in 2021.
The event, presented by the sports journalist of TV3 Marta Bosch, will be attended and participated by Mrs. Mireia Ingla, mayoress of Sant Cugat del Vallès, Mr. Rubèn Peris, president of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya, Mrs. Anna Caula, general secretary of Esport, Mr. Joaquim Vilaplana, president of the Catalan Cycling Federation, and Martina Moreno, cyclist of the Catalan team Massi-Tactic.
In the presentation ceremony, all the details of this new edition will be made public, which seeks to consolidate the race's own entity that was won last year with its own venue and route and a high level participation with numerous international teams, which allowed to enjoy a great spectacle.
The Norwegian Katrine Aalerud (Movistar Team) is the latest winner, after a first edition held in 2018 at the Montjuic circuit in Barcelona, in which the winner was the American Lauren Stephens.
